    Job Responsibilities

    1. RTO Compliance:

    • Registration Management : Ensure all vehicles in the fleet are properly registered with the RTO and maintain up-to-date registration documents.
    • Renewals: Monitor and manage the renewal of vehicle registrations, including timely submission of documents and payment of fees.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all RTO-related documentation, including registration certificates, permits, and compliance certificates.

    2. Insurance Management:

    • Policy Administration: Oversee the acquisition and management of insurance policies for the fleet, including liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage.
    • Renewals: Track and manage insurance policy renewals to ensure continuous coverage and avoid lapses.
    • Claims Processing: Handle insurance claims related to accidents or damages, including documentation, coordination with insurance companies, and follow-up.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, claims, and correspondence with insurance providers.
    • Regulations: Stay updated on changes in RTO regulations and insurance requirements, ensuring that the fleet remains compliant with all relevant laws and standards.

    3. Fleet Documentation:

    • Record Keeping: Maintain and organize all fleet-related documents, including RTO registrations, insurance policies, and compliance certificates
    • Reporting: Generate and submit regular reports on fleet status, including RTO compliance and insurance coverage, to management.
    • Liaison: Act as a point of contact for insurance providers, RTO officials, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.
